  • 60-minute sessions are every other week and can be done from anywhere via Zoom.

    (24-hr turn around time - off on weekends)

  • Somatic rituals, and homework assignments designed to continuously align you with your authentic self.

  • Weekly voice note support to guide you through real-time breakthroughs and reflections.

  • Access to additional 30-min audio check-ins via Zoom

  • Transcripts of each session is emailed to you directly via Otter.ai

  • Guided meditations, embodiment rituals, mantras, and daily practices.

  • Our program begins with an activating Intention Setting Ritual which you will complete before our first session. Our first call will be ceremonial in nature and then your portal will be open and the magic of our container will begin.
