Vocal Empowerment is a holistic method of Coaching + Spiritual Mentorship that combines shamanic elements like energy healing, somatic embodiment rituals, intuitive counseling, sound healing, and yogic practices.

I came to Michelle with the intention of immersing myself in her coaching to work through some specific challenges I was facing—mainly around romance, intimacy, and improving myself as a man in those areas. I wasn’t sure how it would go at first. Michelle is a friend, so I’ve met her in person before, but the beauty of every single call and session with her was that she didn’t just tackle the intellectual problems I brought to the table. Instead, she helped me quiet my mind and drop into my heart.
Now, that might sound odd to some men, but for me, I’ve experienced other modalities like plant medicine or breath work that help me get out of my head and into my heart, but Michelle was able to do it within just a few minutes on the call.
